Our busy service department is looking for a Service Drive Valet. Become part of the Copeland service team and help control the flow of vehicles through our service department. In this position you will help form a positive first impression in the minds of our valued service customers! Job Responsibilities:
-Greet and check-in customers in our service drive
-Move vehicles to their proper holding location
-Clean customer vehicles after each service
-Provide shuttle rides to customers
-Help maintain shop cleanliness
-Assist with other tasks around the service department

Responsibilities will include handling incoming customer telephone and internet appointment inquiries. In addition, outbound follow up calls will be made, but no cold calls. In this position the employee will help to ensure that the dealership achieves its maximum potential in the service department. The ideal candidate demonstrates outstanding oral communication skills with a friendly and positive attitude and a drive to succeed.
- Superior telephone skills, intermediate to advanced computer skills are REQUIRED.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

You will need excellent customer service skills, the ability to work with little supervision and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
