I have time now, so I plan to write about my experience with Copeland Toyota, and also give some tips to new car buyers. First of all, I will make my comments on the dealer Carlos Bautista. My first car in my life has a stain because of his existence. First, he avoided my need to discuss the price, and never responded positively. The reason for avoiding it was that I didn't have an SSN at that time, but when I paid the deposit on the same day, he wrote the undiscussed price on the contract. Since I was more obedient when buying a car for the first time, he didn't show me the whole contract, but just pointed out two places for me to sign. So what I want to remind you is that you should read the contract carefully under any circumstances when signing anything, and don't ignore it just because others don't live in it. This happened after my SSN arrived and I looked at the contract again and found an anomaly. He did not write the date I needed the car as required, which resulted in my expected pick-up time being one week later. After I discovered this problem, I discussed this matter with Bautista. Bautista did not reply to emails or answer the phone during the whole process. He hung up the phone after I finally got through. Fortunately, I have a recording and can still complain to the head office (in progress). During the first meeting, my questions were ignored many times, my requests were not responded to many times, and I was extremely perfunctory when I viewed the car. I have already expressed my dissatisfaction to the head office. I hope that Copeland Toyota can provide monitoring when necessary to improve the quality of employee service. The car has not been delivered yet, and the processing procedures are very delayed. As long as I don’t go in person, things will proceed very slowly. There is a high probability that there will be problems with the subsequent delivery of the car. Let us wait and see.

I was served very well. I had questions about my tires and the light on my dashboard. Both of these were serviced to my satisfaction. Also Chris Login took excellent care of my problems. I have had his help other times. He is very easy to talk to and fixes my problems. Thank all of you for my service !!

Kaina Alexis was my salesperson during my visit, and she provided an excellent experience. She was not only professional and friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles. The highlight of my experience came two days later when Kaina called to check in and ask how I was enjoying my new car. Additionally, I had a wonderfully smooth experience with General Manager Shahzad Shahab. His professionalism was evident, and he consistently acted with integrity, honesty, transparency, and patience, which I found particularly impressive. Shahzad went above and beyond to secure the Toyota Crown I wanted, accomplishing this in just two days. I have the utmost respect for General Manager Shahzad. Run THIS DEALERSHIP IS A SCAM . They can only do oil change and change wipers ! The technicians don’t know their job! I had breaks problem for over 2 years they kept saying its nothing to be concerned about ! Everyone said something different! When they finally change my brakes they messed them up . When i called them they were very careless! Went to a different dealership for my car . Best decision i ever made for my car !!!

I have now bought two Tacoma's here at Copeland, one certified pre-owned, and now a 2024 TRD Sport, both experiences have been great and the service is top notch. Buying cars is stressful, but it can be less stressful at Copeland. I worked with Carlos Baptista, he is a hard worker and a good kid :)

I have services there for 12 year my car my truck and and do very good and nices my truck been aligment for 2 time right on the money this sept 26 24 my truckis back for aligment when my truck go in steering wheel pull to the right just litle when i took the truck back steering wheel pull to left more then before i bring in they try to ignore and final the service advisor test drive and told me bring back tomorow when i bring back they the truck in and right through the back door this is 1 hour and haft later i go in to see the services advisor ho know nothing about that this is how services they are now just keep the money i hope $120.00 that can help them turn into richer

Summary: brought car in for tire repair (was with them a cumulative total of 7 days and three separate visits), spent over $500, car still has a leaking tire. Read for complete story: Another terrible experience at Copeland Toyota. I had a tire replaced in June. 3 months later, tire is leaking. I bring it back and it's not covered. They say it's the valve not the tire so not covered, ok, understandable. I brought it on a Saturday and they replaced the valve and sensor. The next day, pressure light is on again. So, I bring the car back in the following Tuesday to have them look at it again. They assure me they will look over all four tires. After no calls, I show up 10 minutes before closing only to find that they're not able to tell me what was done to the car. I wait for, who I assume is a manager, to tell me they replaced or sensor "on the house". They did not give me any paperwork showing that this repair had been done so I can only assume it was done as they say. Then, the next day the tire pressure light is on again in the same tire appears low. I call back multiple times leave multiple messages Only to have over a week go by with no response. I leave a Google review sharing my experience and, the next day, I a reply to please call the manager. Caitlin, from Copeland Toyota is who I worked with. She told me to call her with any further issues. I give them credit for providing a loaner vehicle since they had already inconvenienced me with, not one but two, days of not finding the issue with my tire and I need my car for work. I do appreciate the complementary vehicle, but that's about all I appreciate. After4 days, I get a call informing me that there is a nail in that very same tire. Of course, I'm wondering, did my sensor or valve actually need to be replaced or was the nail the issue? I'm not able to get a straight answer about this and we have no way of knowing if the nail was there the whole time, however, another day goes by and I've left two messages for the manager, Caitlin, and heard nothing back. Finally, I walk into Copeland in person to get some answers. Caitlin shared many excuses about her busy messages that she hasn't gotten to, however, I'm sorry, but that's not my problem. I had let the service person, Steve, know that I was waiting to hear from her and he could've passed that along. I also asked someone working in the office to see if she was in that day and that message that I was trying to get a hold of her could've been passed along. I will give credit to Steve as he has a very winning personality and did his best to accommodate me, but this is a bigger issue with Copeland as a whole. Their lack of communication within their departments and with their clients is deplorable. They offered me a special which was going on for everyone to buy three tires and get one for a dollar , but honestly my confidence in the way this business is run did not inspire me to have them replace all of my tires after what I had been through for just one! All they were able to offer me for the time, a cumulative seven days to get this tire fixed, was a free alignment. I'm sorry, but I am not confident giving Copeland Toyota any more of my business. I ended up leaving with my car in the same condition as when I first bought it, but over $500 poorer. While the staff and employees did their best to try to handle the situation, I feel this is a larger systemic problem with the business on a whole. I would be very careful bringing your business to the service department at Copeland Toyota. Also, I am rethinking where I purchased my next car, I purchased my car from them and I am, very unlikely to go back to them for my next car sale after this frustrating experience that they were unable to resolve. I have no doubt there will be a reply to this review showing all the things they did to try to make amends for how poorly they handled this customer service. I'm sure they'll say if I bring the car back in, they can make things right, but I already tried that and was doubly disappointed. "Fool me once"… . Buyer beware!

I had a good experience buying my car from Copeland Toyota. Luis was a good salesman - responsive but not pushy. They offered me a good price for the car and a fair price for my trade-in. Like all dealers, they try to upsell you the extended warranty, but with a Toyota, I didn't feel the need to buy it. That was the only uncomfortable moment in an otherwise good experience. I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay.

Bought a Rav4 from them which I really enjoy, but let me warn you that the worst experience buying a car I've ever had. It really is almost heartbreaking to see the other reviews compared to my experience. I got an appraisal for a used car which was taken off the table the next day after we agreed on a number cause "their manager couldn't approve it" again, a day after we had agreed on a number AND I had to reach to them to know what was next. I legitimately had to keep bothering someone to know what was the next step. The car was delivered to me by two associates one of which would not stop complaining how a DMV apt wasn't set up, on MY end, the car was being delivered, never have I had this experience when someone kept telling their current customer how important the next customer is. Dude half drilled only 2 of the 4 bolts in the plates in my new car and almost flew out of the DMV, even in the people on the office were a little shocked. The other associate was actually really awesome and someone I wish would have picked up the phone when I called, he was embarrassed after I told him my experience. There is texts, emails, phone calls about this, I have them all and so do they on their end. Its incredible to me that out of all these stories I hear from people buying a toyota It seems I got the absolute worse.

Great service, love the loaner while my car is being worked on so that I don’t need to wait around. Also appreciate the videos of the inspection process. My only comment - Wish people were a little more upbeat and friendly. Sometimes it seems like people that work there look rather miserable.

The whole process took much longer than perhaps any other Toyota lease deal that has been done. But then again, most other deals, I think, did not have to wait for the car to arrive, then had the lessees leave the state to facilitate a home move, and finally deal with a different set of state laws regarding auto leasing. Through it all, Copeland Toyota was extremely patient with us and never waivered in their desire to insure all things went smoothly and we were able to get the car we really wanted. While I cannot say enough good things about all the employees, in particular, Brett proved he was in our corner by helping us with all the paperwork, literally picking us up at our new apartment, and even shuttling us over to the auto insurance dealer. Truly, whatever we needed (and it was a lot), he provided. If you are even considering some Toyota model, I would absolutely encourage you to stop by Copeland and ask for Bret, and if he is helping someone else, ask Joe to step in for him. You will not be disappointed!!!

If your car is in need of service and you are 10 feet away from Copeland Toyota and the next nearest service center is on the moon, I suggest you head directly to the nearest launch pad. I took my car in for an issue related to an error I was seeing on my dashboard. I recently moved and saw this was the nearest Toyota service center to my home. Hoping I would have a reliable service center so close to home, I brought my car in hope in for the best. To keep a long story short, before the month was out, I had to go to Copeland Toyota 5 times and was out over $2600. All to get an error from my dashboard cleared and state inspection sticker done. Their incompetence knows no bounds. In my last visit, I was lucky enough to work with Steven. I gave him enough of a background on what was going on and he was understanding and he just took matters into his own hands and had my car inspected immediately and passed. I would advise taking your vehicle to a different service center for any future automotive repair needs. 0/10

I had an emergency situation one Thursday morning. Car broke down. Had it towed to Copeland Toyota unannounced. The service center was able to diagnose the problem, broken coolant pump, by 4pm that same day, were able to order the part, install it and the car was ready to drive out of there by noon the on Friday. Staff could not have been more accommodating, knowledgeable, fair and friendly. They a huge headache into a nonissue. It takes a weight off my shoulders knowing that if I ever find myself in another emergency situation in the area, I can count on Copeland Toyota to take the stress out of the situation.

Having previously recommended Copeland Toyota for excellent service, I just picked up my new Tundra TRD Pro. My sales representative was Syed Shah, an enthusiastic and sharp young man who maintained for me an outstanding customer experience, despite supply chain challenges out of the dealership's control. Syed's sales manager, John Monteiro always made himself available and for that I am also very grateful. I frequently recommend Copeland to friends and family and couldn't be more satisfied. 2024.09.09: I brought my 2024 Tundra TRD Pro in for a service and some elective work. I arranged the work through David Walsh, who was outstanding to deal with, as always. After an earlier misunderstanding on this scope, Copeland's service department stepped up and handled the issue to my complete satisfaction. Copeland serviced my previous Toyota (2011 Land Cruiser) and I will continue to use and recommend Copeland's excellent service and sales teams.
