20025.05.12: I recently had some minor damage to my 2024 Tundra TRD Pro. Copeland Toyota helped me with claim advice, recommended Empire Collision Center, who were outstanding, and made sure the entire process was seemless. Dave MacCormick (Service Manager), David Walsh (Service Advisor) and Syed Shah (Business Manager) all made this happen and I am really amazed at the level of customer service. We have bought and serviced several of our cars at Coplelend and I recommend anyone to do the same.

I brought my 2024 Tundra TRD Pro in for a service and some elective work. I arranged the work through David Walsh, who was outstanding to deal with, as always. After an earlier misunderstanding on this scope, Copeland's service department stepped up and handled the issue to my complete satisfaction. Copeland serviced my previous Toyota (2011 Land Cruiser) and I will continue to use and recommend Copeland's excellent service and sales teams.
