Lube Technician

The Copeland Toyota service team is looking for an immediate hire for a Maintenance Lube Technician. This employment opportunity near Boston is for someone who is looking to learn and move up through our dealership! Here, you are able to work closely with our Brockton auto parts and service center to master your skill.  Signing Bonus (Commensurate with Certification Level) is included. Must have a valid driver’s license and subject to a pre-employment screening.

Automotive Technician

Copeland Toyota is looking to hire automotive service technicians to join our team! We are looking for the best of the best. Join the professional men and women of Copeland Toyota and enjoy a career that is both exciting and rewarding.  The Automotive Technician position is responsible for service tasks such as diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc. All resumes are held in confidence. Responsibilities include:

  • Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
  • Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
  • Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
  • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed.

Copeland Toyota is looking to hire a Service Manager for our Massachusetts based vehicle service center. In this experienced role, you'll be able to answers technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs as well as maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards. $10,000 Sign-on Bonus for experienced technicians in New England

Job Requirements:

  • At least 3 years Automotive Retail Service Manager experience required.
  • Toyota or Lexus experience is a plus.
  • Reynolds & Reynolds DMS experience is a plus.
  • ASE Certification (C1) - preferred but not required.
  • High volume service experience a plus.
  • Proven track record in CSI and professional work ethic is a must.
  • Strong record of positive Customer Satisfaction results.
  • Valid in-state driver’s license with good driving record.
  • Submit to and successfully complete Motor Vehicle Record Check, Background Check, and Pre-Employment Drug Screen.
