I have a lot to say, but I'll try to make it concise. I've lost count of the number of vehicles I have purchased, but several dozen is about right. This transaction with Copeland was top notch. I had been working with another Toyota dealer (let's just say just North of Boston) for a couple weeks and the entire thing was a hassle. I saw this Tundra online at Copeland and inquired. From then on, everything was positive. Shahzad, Jaqueline, Hamilton, and Carleen were polite and professional. One thing to note most: they absolutely respected my time! I felt nothing but appropriate respect the entire time. I got an excellent deal and the truck is everything I wanted. I intend to move my service there as well. Thanks, Copeland Team. Job well done!

We Just bought our 2nd car from this dealership. Drove in for an oil change and drove off in a new car. They make it a very easy and pleasant transaction. Saed the business manager and the GM worked together going out of their way to make the deal happen. This is and always will be our go to dealership even though it's 35 miles away from our home. High CSAT rating for Copeland Toyota – Brockton, MA We’ve been minivan drivers since 1994 and just bought our fifth in June from Copeland Toyota. Since 2006, our last three have been Toyota Siennas—for dependability, service, and comfort. Price matters to us, and every dollar saved goes toward our special-needs son’s future, so we research thoroughly and visit multiple dealerships. At Copeland Toyota, Joe Cordero and Steve Brennan stood out. They were upfront, genuine, and respectful. We deducted that between them, they have over 30+ years of combined experience at Copeland. My wife and I agreed that 15 years x2 probably means the dealership is doing something right. We received a fair trade-in quote (ultimately sold privately) and, unlike other places, they didn’t hold our keys and registration hostage to pressure a sale and deposit after assessing the our 2016 200K miles minivan. Based on our research, the “Wind Chill Pearl” Sienna Limited with Macadamia interior we ultimately bought wasn’t in stock anywhere within 100+ miles. Joe and Steve told us this immediately and, within 24 hours, we received a call from the owner of Copeland outlining a clear plan to get it. Financing also turned out to be competitive after we told Finance Manager Marcenel Charles that Toyota’s initial rate wasn’t going to cut it. Overall, our customer experience was smooth and competitive. What truly inspired us to write this review was when the van was ready—late in the day on the Friday of July 4th weekend—Steve Brennan, with his wife following in their own car, drove it 60+ minutes from Brockton MA to our home, then 60 minutes back to Brockton. I recently purchased a new Toyota Tundra from Copeland Toyota. If you’re like me, the idea of purchasing a new vehicle is my least favorite thing to do. However, I was pleasantly surprised. I give full credit to my sales manager, Brett Ellis. Brett went out of his way to explain all of my options and not one time did I ever feel pressured to buy. Recently went to Copeland Toyota to get my RAV4 appraised and ended up buying a new whole vehicle during the process. The professionalism at Copeland Toyota is amazing and I have bought two cars from there up to date. Brett Ellis was beyond helpful and respectful. Brett was one of the main reasons I ended getting the new Corolla Cross. I was very appreciative of his listening throughout the entire process. I will def return once it’s time to get a new vehicle. My recent car leasing experience was excellent. Ahmed ensured a comfortable and informative test drive. Subsequently, Brett demonstrated exceptional product knowledge, thoroughly explaining all the vehicle's features. I particularly appreciated the efficiency of the process; they worked quickly, and I didn't wait more than a few days for everything to be finalized. Update (original post below): management contacted me to apologize and address the concerns I had. The responsiveness to this matter shows me they care about their businesses reputation and their customers. I have been coming here for over 20 years for service and will not be back after today. I requested a 30k service and an inspection sticker. After waiting a little over one and a half hours the cashier came up to me and said they wanted me to prepay because they were getting ready to close (that’s fine). After already paying they said my car will be done shortly. After waiting another 10 minutes the tech walked in and said we have a problem. The inspection printer won’t work, therefore not being able to get my state inspection sticker printed. The advisor Caitlyn who had took over for my advisor was super rude. Her recommendation was she would send me a check in the mail to reimburse me because she had already turned her computer off and was about to leave. I stated this should have been told to me before I paid and would like reimbursement now. She rudely walked over to her purse took out $35 cash and handed it to me. As I was walking out she said have a great weekend sarcastically, I purposely didn’t respond because of the way she said it and then she follows up with oh I will too. Unprofessional and horrible service will never be back.

20025.05.12: I recently had some minor damage to my 2024 Tundra TRD Pro. Copeland Toyota helped me with claim advice, recommended Empire Collision Center, who were outstanding, and made sure the entire process was seemless. Dave MacCormick (Service Manager), David Walsh (Service Advisor) and Syed Shah (Business Manager) all made this happen and I am really amazed at the level of customer service. We have bought and serviced several of our cars at Coplelend and I recommend anyone to do the same. Having previously recommended Copeland Toyota for excellent service, I just picked up my new Tundra TRD Pro. My sales representative was Syed Shah, an enthusiastic and sharp young man who maintained for me an outstanding customer experience, despite supply chain challenges out of the dealership's control. Syed's sales manager, John Monteiro always made himself available and for that I am also very grateful. I frequently recommend Copeland to friends and family and couldn't be more satisfied. 2024.09.09: I brought my 2024 Tundra TRD Pro in for a service and some elective work. I arranged the work through David Walsh, who was outstanding to deal with, as always. After an earlier misunderstanding on this scope, Copeland's service department stepped up and handled the issue to my complete satisfaction. Copeland serviced my previous Toyota (2011 Land Cruiser) and I will continue to use and recommend Copeland's excellent service and sales teams.
