I recently purchased a new Toyota Tundra from Copeland Toyota. If you’re like me, the idea of purchasing a new vehicle is my least favorite thing to do. However, I was pleasantly surprised. I give full credit to my sales manager, Brett Ellis. Brett went out of his way to explain all of my options and not one time did I ever feel pressured to buy. My Toyota RAV4 broke down about a half mile from Copeland Toyota on the morning of July 29th. I had it towed there although it is not my usual service location. The service department was very helpful and provided me with a loaner vehicle. The service department kept me updated for the next couple of days but unfortunately the damage was in excess of the worth of the car. So I asked to speak with a salesperson. Visited the showroom on that Saturday and had a relatively quick and painless purchase process. They handled the transfer of everything and the disposition of my old car and I was able to pick up my brand new Corolla on August 5th. It was a stressful week but all the staff who helped me at Copeland Toyota made it as easy as it could be under the circumstances.
