I had shopped the website before going into the dealership. I was greeted by Brett Ellis. I explained that I wanted to test drive a 2026 Toyota Corolla Cross Xle. We sat had a brief conversation before he brought the vehicle up and took a drive. Brett was very open and honest with me from the start. He made me feel very comfortable in a situation I was nervous about. He listened to everything I had to say and answered my questions. He's a great sales person to work with. I ended up purchasing the vehicle I test drove. Brett was unaware that it was the exact vehicle I picked out on the website. Brett made the experience easy and pleasurable. I highly recommend him if your looking for a new vehicle. I contacted him a week after delivery of the vehicle with some technology questions. He had me come by and got in the car and walked me through what I needed. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Brett and Copeland Toyota.

Just purchased a lease from Copeland Toyota and it was easy and seamless - Hamilton was my salesman and he was awesome, went over everything with me on the vehicle and took his time with me - Marcenel was my finance manager and he was awesome as well, they both took real good care of me. Had a wonderful experience buying a car here from Hamilton! This was the first dealership I shopped at, almost bought that day, but listened to feedback to shop other places and do some research and in the end, I came straight back to Hamilton and bought my new RAV4 from him. He was a very nice genuine guy. Highly recommend anyone looking for a Toyota to come here and ask for Hamilton. I would definitely buy another car from here in the future!

High CSAT rating for Copeland Toyota – Brockton, MA We’ve been minivan drivers since 1994 and just bought our fifth in June from Copeland Toyota. Since 2006, our last three have been Toyota Siennas—for dependability, service, and comfort. Price matters to us, and every dollar saved goes toward our special-needs son’s future, so we research thoroughly and visit multiple dealerships. At Copeland Toyota, Joe Cordero and Steve Brennan stood out. They were upfront, genuine, and respectful. We deducted that between them, they have over 30+ years of combined experience at Copeland. My wife and I agreed that 15 years x2 probably means the dealership is doing something right. We received a fair trade-in quote (ultimately sold privately) and, unlike other places, they didn’t hold our keys and registration hostage to pressure a sale and deposit after assessing the our 2016 200K miles minivan. Based on our research, the “Wind Chill Pearl” Sienna Limited with Macadamia interior we ultimately bought wasn’t in stock anywhere within 100+ miles. Joe and Steve told us this immediately and, within 24 hours, we received a call from the owner of Copeland outlining a clear plan to get it. Financing also turned out to be competitive after we told Finance Manager Marcenel Charles that Toyota’s initial rate wasn’t going to cut it. Overall, our customer experience was smooth and competitive. What truly inspired us to write this review was when the van was ready—late in the day on the Friday of July 4th weekend—Steve Brennan, with his wife following in their own car, drove it 60+ minutes from Brockton MA to our home, then 60 minutes back to Brockton. Copeland Toyota in Brockton once again promised great service and delivered. I've been leasing and getting service done there for years and they are always so nice, I wouldn't trust anyone else!! FIVE STARS

My Toyota RAV4 broke down about a half mile from Copeland Toyota on the morning of July 29th. I had it towed there although it is not my usual service location. The service department was very helpful and provided me with a loaner vehicle. The service department kept me updated for the next couple of days but unfortunately the damage was in excess of the worth of the car. So I asked to speak with a salesperson. Visited the showroom on that Saturday and had a relatively quick and painless purchase process. They handled the transfer of everything and the disposition of my old car and I was able to pick up my brand new Corolla on August 5th. It was a stressful week but all the staff who helped me at Copeland Toyota made it as easy as it could be under the circumstances.
